University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. Part-Time Medical Receptionist: Wall, NJ Imaging Office
Be the welcoming face of a first-of-its-kind remote MRI experience

University Radiology is seeking a friendly, organized Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our Wall, NJ Imaging Office. This isn't your typical front desk role. Our Wall location is part of our innovative remote MRI program, where patients are scanned in Wall while their MRI Technologist performs the exam from another location.  You'll be the first person patients meet, helping them feel comfortable and confident with this new way of receiving care.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

What you'll do:

• Greet patients warmly and check them in, setting the tone for a reassuring visit
• Help patients understand and feel at ease with our remote MRI process
• Confirm and enter patient demographic information accurately
• Validate each appointment against the physician's prescription
• Collect payments in accordance with our payment policies
